About Jennifer Tucker, Director

For more than 30 years, Jennifer Tucker has dedicated her work life to the model and talent industry in many capacities. Her personal experience as a model has given her the perspective of being on both sides of the camera.

Jennifer is a former runway model who set her professional ambitions aside to address a need she saw in the industry. After opening her first agency at only 20 years old, she created programs that helped build girls' self-esteem and confidence so they could shine during the awkward teen and preteen years. “Modeling is very hard on your self-esteem,” said Jennifer. “The most important thing for girls to learn when they're young is how to stay healthy and take care of themselves.”

In 2011, Jennifer combined her agency with her husband, Mike’s, marketing business, Tucker MarCom, to provide casting and talent services for a large number of clients needing models and actors for their marketing campaigns.
